我们的核心设备包括：晶圆印刷、球落式回流焊、无助焊剂技术、无铅焊料涂覆机、晶圆清洗机、Fluxless回流焊， 植球设备，钢网清洗和检查设备以及清洗系统。我们还提供工艺耗材，如旋转式助焊剂、焊膏和清洗溶剂。SGN Integration 是 Ocean Technology (HK) Limited 的全资子公司。

SGN/Ocean Tech is a professional enterprise engaged in R&D and manufacturing of advanced semiconductor packaging equipment. We are a technology joint venture in partnership with foreign company, focusing on R&D, manufacturing, sales, and technical services for semiconductor packaging equipment and process materials.Founded in Hong Kong/Suzhou/wuxi; Material & Equipment distributor that actively works in the two major business units:Assemble and Semiconductor.SGN/Ocean has always been devoted to offering the industry with the latest technical resources and to provide our customers with the professionalism and enthusiasm.With our expertise and abundant experience, Ocean aims to provide equipment and service for the whole production line factory wide for our Assy/Semiconductor customers. 

Our core equipment includes: Wafer Print, Ball Drop, Reflow, Fluxless Technology, Flux Coater, Wafer Scrubber, Formic Acid Reflow, and Cleaning Systems.stencil cleaning，We also supply process consumables such as spin flux, solder paste, and cleaning solvents.SGN Integration is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ocean Technology (HK) Limited.
